THE SUITES
Inside COZY CORNER SUITES, your home away from home, are four unique with quaint decor, fully furnished suites, equipped with full kitchens and all the cooking utensils and serving dishes required for your favourite getaway meals. All suites have private bedrooms, there are a total of 9 double occupancy beds, and living areas for you to relax in and enjoy. Unlike hotels, there is both outdoor and inside accessibility to all suites to make your stay personal and private. Coming as a large group? Book all four suites! The amenities on the property include a communal barbecue on the front deck, a communal fire pit nestled in the caragana bushes, central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, wifi, and more.

Cozy Corner Suites is located in the heart of Manitou and just two short blocks to the beach and spa, restaurants, art gallery, vintage shopping, and more! A five minutes drive will get you to Danceland, a two minute drive to the golf course or the drive-in.

KITCHENS
All suites have full kitchens which include a fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes, dishes, and cutlery. Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, and power creamer are provided in the suites.

BATHROOMS
Bathrooms contain towels for use inside the suite and hand soap. Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

BOOKING POLICY
All rates are subject to 2 nights or more
$25 extra charge per adult per night when more than 2-6 people depending on the suites booked.
$15 extra charge per child (12 to 17 years old) per night when more than 2-6 people depending on the suites booked.
Normal Saskatchewan GST and PST and a 2% marketing fee paid to the Watrous/Manitou marketing group.

Owned by Willy and Carma Staples since 2013, this is a family operated business that thrives in the heart of Manitou Beach. Personable, and ready to greet you as you arrive. Always ready for any request you may have, their aim is to ensure each stay with them is a memorable, and enjoyable experience.
With unique and quaint décor, sometimes designed to bring back memories or give you a chuckle, each suite is unique unto itself and set up to fit your needs. They ask for feedback at the end of your stay, and either small or large, they very often act on it.
